Bahulu Classiq, made from a finest mixture of flour, eggs and sugar and traditionally cooked in different shapes of brass moulds. It's texture wise, spongy on the inside with a slightly crunchy crust that you would really want to taste. Eat them when they are hot and fresh or leave them for a while and the taste still fantastic especially with a cup of coffee that you can dunk them in and served with your family.
